And Mind hears the rumble
Of air conditioning
Turn to the rumble of a train

Rolling by
Whistling a mellow minor chord
Repeat and diminuendo
A brief Adagio
Ending with a slow fade to silence

Then endless applause!

Or
Just the rumble
Of air conditioning.
